Chloe turns six next week. Here is a small summary of her birthday:
My water broke in bed a week past her due date. I labored at home for a few hours. Dan dropped me off at the entrance to the hospital and I checked myself in while he parked the car. I declined the wheelchair and made my way up to labor and delivery. The nurse panicked when she checked me because I was dilated to 9+ and she was afraid the doctor wouldn't make it in time to delivery the baby. After six hours of pushing (no epidural) Chloe was delivered via c-section. She was sporting a prominent cone-head and a darling little face.

Isn't it amazing that we have more after the first one. They're worth it though!
I remember your mom telling us about the entire ordeal...so not fun. The cone head must have stimulated her brain or something because she is really smart. I'm sure that makes if all worth it.
She still has a cute face!
I remember the days of hours of pushing. Those days have passed. Now it is a 1,2,3 and you have a baby girl! I think you still have all the goodrich cousins topped with that one!
Let me know when you want to hang out.

Ow! That's way more hard core than running a marathon, you go girl!
Chloe was an absolutely darling baby! Now she is an absolutely darling little girl. Six hours of pushing, (w)ow.
Six next week and sixteen before you blink! What a cutie she is. You and Dan make cute kids!
Little Chloe. Not so little anymore! Speaking of C-Sections, thanks to you I snapped out of the general assumption that there is no such thing as a VBAC. I'm so glad you were my neighbor at the time! I wish you still were. Happy Birthday Chloe. You're such a good example to your little brother and sister...I mean, anyone who can dance THAT good MUST have a great older sister(in accordance to the lower video).
