this is what happens...

when you tell the stylist she can do whatever she wants. and there is no mirror. you end up with a posh hair-do. and what part of i-don't-want-it-boy-short did she not understand? cuz the back is boy short. and in the below picture its straight. that is because it was straight when it was long. before she cut it. now that its short, i can't get it to go straight. it just flips and waves in all different directions and its too short to round brush. my hair takes FOREVER to grow out so i told her not too short so i could try something different in a few months. but i don't think i'll be going shorter than this.

and to distance myself from the posh look i dyed it dark.

its not a horrible haircut. its just not what i would have picked. so next time i'll "tell her what i want what i really, really want. "

Kate...I think it looks cute, but that's beside the point. If your hair grows super slow, you're probably deficient in certain vitamins. Go to the health food store (I think there's a Good Earth Close to you) and get a "Hair Skin and Nails" Blend with Biotin, Silica, PABA, etc. in it - TwinLab has a great blend called Hair Factors. B Complex helps your hair grow as well. I'm a vitamin nerd I know, but I've tried this and it totally works.

Putting Stella on top of the piano reminds me of when Dad took Jordan out of church because he was being noisy and put him on top of the coat rack. He just sat there swinging his legs and said, "comptable"! He just thought it was fun! It is hard to figure out how to discipline children with personalities like Jordan and Stella have!

i say enjoy your poshyness while it lasts, get yourself an ultra mini body suit, mini jacket and some fingerless gloves and just go with it!
i actually love your color, that's what i have been shooting for, but i keep ending up with too much blond highlight--need to stop going to those utah-trained colorists.
and i totally know whacha mean about it flipping and waving in every different direction. I borrowed a $200 flat iron from my hairdresser 3 months ago and i can't give it back--it's the only thing that keeps my hair looking even remotely normal.

Rachel told me that you didn't like it but I do. Plus, it will grow so fast.
Does anyone really know who Posh Spice is anyway? (Besides you). :)

i just saw a picture of posh---she went brown again. i can't win. sounds like i need to invest in a batter flat iron.
