Chloe: Mom, why do so many people love to watch football on t.v. but we don't?
Mom: I don't know, we just like other sports better. And we don't really watch t.v.
Chloe: But why do so many people like it and we don't?
Mom: I guess we are just more into the sports that we can actually participate in.
Chloe: But why does everyone else like it?
Mom: I don't know. Chloe, you can like football if you want.
Chloe: But I don't.

After reading Sleeping Beauty, Chloe asked: How come in all the books and all the movies the good guys always win?
Me: I guess people just prefer to have things end nicely.
Chloe: I don't.
Me: So you would rather have the witch kill the prince and Princess Aurora stay asleep forever?
Chloe: Yeah.
She said it so matter-of-factly--not trying to be funny or different. But I'm pretty sure she likes a happy ending now and then.

I am so happy that Matt does not like to watch sports on tv. I'm glad Chloe doesn't either:) She is the coolest little girl. Why do people like sports on tv sooooo much?
Chloe is one cool chick. I would watch out for her, she's one that likes to walk the other side of the tracks.
That's hilarious. I'm with Chloe - I have not clue why people like football...I'll ask around for her though.
Why dont you have her read Wicked- that has some awful endings- and some other awful stuff too- oh, really dont!
Well, she doesn't mince her words. Guys like that in a girl.
If her and Thomas were not cousins, I would say it was a match in heaven. He will change the ending of the story, so that the witch wins! He thinks that would be so funny! Then he says "gotcha, just kidding the good guy can win this time."
