chloe graduated from preschool today. they were supposed to dress up as what they want to be when they grow up. first she said princess. i explained that we don't have them in our country and no royal bloodlines. then she wanted to be a pro snowboarder like torah. then she changed her mind to mom. so i put an apron on her(explaining that some moms cook a lot), a bandana for cleaning the house, and she carried baby. (don't send this to any feminists.)
she has one more year of preschool since she is an october birthday. next year she gets to go 3 times a week. people always say that its hard sending your kid to kindergarten. i really can't imagine feeling anything more than excited.

I always thought I would be the kind of mom that would cry when my kids went off to kindergarten. Nope. Well maybe tears of joy. And it's even better when they go to 1st grade and are gone practically all day.
